人事領域に関する各種プロジェクトをお任せします。当社では、事業会社及びPEファンド投資先企業の組織・人事に関する複雑な課題を解決し、クライアントの成長と変革を支援する組織人事コンサルタントを募集しています。
弊社の特徴は、課題解決策の提示にとどまらない実行支援にこだわりを持っている点です。クライアントの経営層や部門長およびメンバーの皆さまとパートナーとなり、人事領域をはじめとする経営課題へアプローチを行います。
※プロジェクトに応じてクライアント先に常駐するケースもございます。

【具体的には】
担当するクライアントは日本を代表する大手企業から、中堅中小企業までと様々な業界・規模感のクライアントと接していただきます。

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■HR領域のコンサルティング経験を有する方
※採用・労務・制度設計・人材育成等の業務領域は問いません
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■プロジェクトベースでHR関連の課題解決に向けたアプローチ経験を複数有している方
・PMOやPM等、プロジェクトをリードされたご経験をお持ちの方からの応募を歓迎します
■人事関連の施策のモニタリングやKPI管理、見直し等のご経験を有する方
■資料作成スキル、プレゼンテーションスキルなどの高いポータルブルスキルを有する方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
