チームミッション
スマートニュースのグローバル経営と事業成長を加速させるため、全社横断型プロジェクト、CEO直轄プロジェクト、および事業部門への介入的業務支援の推進を行います。
業務内容
全社戦略上もっとも重要な事業部にインパクトをもたらすため、入社直後から当該部門の業務を兼務し、事業戦略立案の推進ならびにそのプロジェクトリードを担っていただきます。将来的には、当該Divisionへの正式な異動も視野に入れ、マネージャーロールとしてのキャリア形成も可能です。

全社アライアンス案件など、組織横断的テーマに対する実行支援および推進

Requirements
必須要件
- 論理的思考能力 / 問題解決能力 / 実行力が求められるプロジェクトに貢献した経験
- スライド作成、表計算、文書作成などのスキル
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- 多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人材や他組織とのコミュニケーション力
- 流動的な状況や新たなアサインにも前向きに取り組み、会社の成長やミッション達成に向けて柔軟かつ主体的に行動できる方

- コンサルティングのプロフェッショナルファームでの経験
- インターネットや広告業界での経験
- 国内外のMBA修了実績

- ビジネスレベルの英語力
