- ITデジタル推進本部のミッション
◆パナソニック コネクトはグループ内において、B2Bソリューション事業の中核を担っています。
IT・デジタル推進本部ではIT・デジタルと人の力で、同社内のデジタル改革を牽引する組織です。その推進にあたり、専門性を高めた戦略企画・SI・開発標準化・サービスデリバリーといった機能別組織を構成しており、各機能別組織が連携したプロジェクト並行推進を可能とした中で、全体最適視点でのデジタル改革を実現していきます。
なお、新しい技術の活用にも前向きにトライしており、「ChatGPTを開発したOpenAI技術を活用したAIアシスタント;ConnectGPTの展開」などでAI活用した社内のビジネスモデル変革にも取り組んでいます。
- 募集背景
パナソニック コネクトは、プロセス改革を通じて、「データドリブンな経営、事業、業務でステークホルダをつなぎ、共創し続ける」姿を目指しております。
データドリブンとは、事業横断でEnd to Endにプロセスとデータをつなぎ、生産性高く高付加価値創出を行っている状態です。
ステークホルダをつなぎとは、パナソニックコネクトとお客様、パナソニックコネクトと取引先様、パナソニックコネクトの従業員の間、パナソニックコネクトの事業・職能の間、そしてそれらと社会をつなぐ、意思を込めております。
このプロセス改革を加速し、実現するため、全社DX推進・業務プロセス改革のメンバーを募集します。
- 具体的な仕事内容
システム・ソフト開発、プロジェクト・マネジメント
- 社内に対する様々なシステム導入のプロジェクト推進、企画、
- 要件定義、設計、開発、導入

・パナソニックコネクトは、年齢や役職に関係なくフラットに議論・相談を行う活発な組織です。
・パナソニックコネクトでは、出社/リモートワークのハイブリッドワークを推進しており、出社頻度は週3回を基本ルールとしています。(職種や仕事内容、職場により異なります)

資格・スキル・経験など

以下1~3までを全て満たす方
1.高校卒業以上
2.会社等の組織での技術関係業務の経験(3年程度)と事務業務遂行に必要な知識・スキル・経験(※1)を備えた方
3.障がい手帳をお持ちの方(※2)

・組織横断の業務プロセス改革やDX化、組織変革の策定などに取り組んだ経験のある方
・業務プロセス改革を推進できる方
・ソフトウェア開発経験
・情報処理系資格(基本情報、応用情報等)
・コミュニケーションスキル
・英語でのコミュニケーションができると尚可
