職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 【組織概要】

BMX-SXは、サステナビリティの専門性と多様なスキル、総合力を組み合わせ、サステナビリティ、ESG、環境課題、社会課題領域における戦略・計画策定、情報開示や企業のSX(サステナビリティ・トランスフォーメーション)を一貫して推進することを目的に、2025年7月に設立したPwCコンサルティングの組織です。

【主なプロジェクト内容】

・レポーティング + データPF(プラットフォーム)

・サステナビリティ戦略策定

・気候/自然/資源/人権等の戦略策定

・気候変動(CN/GX/LCA等)の施策検討および実行支援

・自然資本(生物多様性等)の施策検討および実行支援

・資源循環/バイオエコノミーの施策検討および実行支援

・人権/ESGリスクの施策検討および実行支援

・業界を問わず様々なクライアントが、長期的かつサステナブルな成長を実現するための支援を幅広く提供しています。私たちは、クライアント企業の抱える課題として、国際的な開示規制、気候変動、生物多様性、サーキュラーエコノミー、人権などサステナビリティにおける幅広いテーマにおいて、サステナビリティと経営・事業が統合されたサステナビリティ経営の実現を目指すサス戦略策定から、企業の真のSX(サステナビリティトランスフォーメーション)をクライアントの様々な部門と連携してリードし、実行から成果創出までを一貫してご支援します。

・また、これらのクライアント企業の課題解決・変革にとどまらず、その先の社会全体の変革も視野に入れたご支援、提言を行っています。

登録資格 Qualification

・戦略/総合コンサル会社、又はESG専門コンサル会社での3年以上の実務経験

・マネージャー以上は、1年以上のJM経験、PD経験勤務地 Work Location
