【担当業務】
流通、消費財、小売、総合商社の業界を担当するチームで、企業の経営層、経営企画部門、サステナビリティ推進部門、事業部門に対して、サステナビリティ・ESG・環境課題・社会課題領域の戦略策定、業務変革、情報開示と、企業のSX(サステナビリティトランスフォーメーション)を推進するための幅広いご支援を提供します。

・事業の外部インパクト評価
・サステナビリティ新規事業創出

【担当領域】
私たちのクライアントである流通や消費財、総合商社は、グローバルに事業を展開し、自然資源にも大きく依存することから、サステナビリティが叫ばれる以前より国際的な枠組みや規制に対応するべくサステナビリティに対して先進的に取り組みを進めています。私たちは、クライアント企業の抱える課題として、気候変動、人権、生物多様性など様々なテーマの支援をはじめとして、サステナビリティと経営・事業が統合されたサステナビリティ経営の実現を目指していくとともに、企業の着実なSX(サステナビリティトランスフォーメーション)をクライアントの様々な部門と連携してリードしていきます。

アソシエイト~ディレクターまで積極採用中です。コンサルタントとしてのスキルセットに不安がある場合、トレーニング等で補って頂く制度も準備しています。SXチームにおいてサステナビリティに関わる幅広い案件に従事して頂きますが、もし将来的にキャリアの意向に変更があっても、サステナビリティ以外の経験を積むチャンスもあります。

【必要な経験・スキル】
▼共通
・コンサルティング経験、または事業会社でのサステナビリティ関連業務でのご経験
・社内・社外から役割や職能の異なるメンバーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進したご経験
▼マネジャー ~ディレクター
・サステナビリティ、ESG、環境・社会分野における業務経験・コンサルティング経験を有する方
・主担当者として複数のチームメンバーをリードした経験
▼シニアアソシエイト以下
・コンサルティング、監査法人、またはシンクタンクでの実務経験2年以上の方
・事業会社のサステナビリティ部門にて実務経験3年以上の方
【望ましい経験・スキル】
・サステナビリティの各領域における業務経験(気候変動、サーキュラーエコノミー、生物多様性、人権等)
・流通・消費財業界、総合商社業界での業務経験、業界知識
・コンサルタントとして実務遂行できるレベルでのPPT、Excel、Word等の資料作成能力
