本ポジションは、日本国内の戦略的な大手顧客アカウントに対し、AI/ML(特に生成AIやLLM)のワークロード基盤としてのRed Hat OpenShiftプラットフォームの導入をリードします。オンプレミス・パブリッククラウド(ROSA/AROなど)・ハイブリッドクラウドといった多様な環境に対応し、初期の小規模なPoCから、将来的な全社展開に至るまでのスケーラブルな基盤の設計・構築に、技術的かつビジネス戦略的なリーダーシップを発揮する重要な役割です。お客様が直面する複雑な課題に対し、OpenShiftの持つスケーラビリティ、堅牢なセキュリティ、そして強力なMLOpsパイプライン機能を活用した最適なアーキテクチャを描き、その技術的・ビジネス的価を伝えていただきます。

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • ソリューション・アーキテクチャの設計:お客様のAI/ML(生成AI、LLMを含む)戦略と要件およびビジネスプランを深く理解してユースケースに落とし込み、OpenShift AIを中核とした最適な技術アーキテクチャを設計・提案します。

  • 目標定義と計画策定:顧客の課題・要望を可視化し、AI適用領域の特定と優先順位付けを行い、スモールスタートからスケールアウトを見据えた実行可能なロードマップを共同で策定します。

  • 技術的エバンジェリストとしての活動:OpenShiftがAI開発・稼働基盤として提供する独自の価値(GPUリソースの効率的な管理、再現性の高いMLOpsパイプライン、セキュアなマルチテナンシーなど)について、お客様やパートナーへ説得力のある説明を行います。

  • 技術検証 (PoC) のリード:複雑なAIワークロード(モデルのトレーニング、推論サービング等)がOpenShift上で効率的に動作することを実証するため、PoC(概念実証)やデモンストレーションを計画し、技術チームをリードします。

  • お客様とのリレーション構築:お客様の技術部門(AIエンジニア/データサイエンティスト/インフラ管理者)およびIT部門の上級管理職やビジネス部門と深い信頼関係を築き、AI戦略の策定を支援するTrusted AdvisorとしてAI導入の成功を支援します。

  • フィードバックと連携:お客様のニーズや市場のトレンドを社内の営業チーム、コンサルティングチーム、およびグローバルの製品開発チームにフィードバックし、ソリューションの改善に貢献します。

  • オープンソースカルチャーの体現:Red Hatのオープンソースカルチャーを体現し、ベストプラクティスや技術知見を積極的にコミュニティやイベント、ブログ等で発信します。

Required Skills:

  • エンタープライズ領域における5年以上のアーキテクトまたはコンサルタントとしての実務経験。

  • お客様のビジネス上の課題(KGI/KPI、業務プロセスなど)を理解し、それをAI/ML技術を用いてどのように解決できるかを具体的に立案・提案した経験。

  • AIアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ設計および開発に関する高度な専門知識。

  • 機械学習モデルのアーキテクチャの設計・開発の経験、主要なAI/MLフレームワーク(Kebeflow/TensorFlow/PyTorchなど)やMLOpsに関する専門知識。

  • 最新の予測AI(Predictive AI)および生成AI(Generative AI)技術の経験、および生成AIのDevOps適用・AI駆動開発の概要の理解と最新動向の把握。

  • お客様の課題を深くヒアリングし、複雑な技術要素を分かりやすく説明できる、高度なコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力。

  • 変化の速いOpenShift・AIの技術分野において、最新のソリューションを常に把握し主体的に学習を継続できるマインドセット。

Preferred Skills:

  • Red Hat OpenShift または Kubernetes (K8s) を用いたエンタープライズシステムの設計、構築、運用に関する深い知見と実践的スキル。

  • OpenShift/Kubernetes における Kubeflow・PyTorch・vLLMなどのオープンソースAIコミュニティプロジェクトに関する深い専門知識。

  • 金融・製造・公共・通信などの業界のAIユースケースに関する知識。

  • Agile・DevOps・MLOpsの方法論、コンテナ技術およびCI/CDパイプライン(Tekton/Jenkins/GitLab CIなど)に関する十分な知識。

  • データ収集、前処理、ETLパイプラインの構築、データレイク/ウェアハウス(Trino/Spark/Kafkaなど)に関する知識や経験。

  • CxO(経営層)を含むビジネス部門のステークホルダーに対する、技術戦略やビジネス上のROIを明確にした提案・助言を行った実績。
