■ 職務内容
(雇入れ直後) DX企画推進/AIプロジェクトPM:詳細は以下の通り
(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務
自社開発のAI製品を外販につなげることを意識したデジタル推進を行い、全社のDX推進担当としてプロジェクト設定、戦略、実行までをリード頂きます。
・外販を意識した社内課題解決のためのソリューション開発プロジェクトの組成および実行
・外販につながるビジネスケース策定
・プロジェクト管理及び予算管理
・計測可能なメトリックを通じてプロジェクトの実行から投資結果の実現までチームの活動をリード
・開発メンバーへのフィードバック
・課題発見からソリューションの導入、効果測定などをリード、サポート
・外販セールスやカスタマーサクセスメンバーと連携した社内プロジェクトのリード
など
■ 応募資格
・コンサルティングファームもしくは事業会社でのシステム関連プロジェクトのPM経験
・コミュニケーション力
■ 歓迎
・SaaSまたはAIの取り扱い経験
■ アピールポイント
・新たな軸となるデジタル事業のAI製品に直接かかわって頂く裁量の大きなポジション
・社内DX推進のみの業務とは違った視点からのプロジェクト推進を行うことができる
