業務内容
◎役割
toC、toB、社内向けシステム含め、様々なユーザの声を聞きつつ、フルスタックに開発に携わっていただきます。
既存サービスの最適化を進めるプロジェクトにおいては、事業・マーケ・開発の3者を巻き込みながら、技術面をリードする立場として設計方針の策定や改善提案を行っていただきます。
また、サービスが保有する日本最大級のデータの価値を最大化するためにプロダクトとオペレーションの観点から再設計していくプロジェクトが進行しており、設計や開発推進に携わっていただきます。

・フロント、バックエンド、インフラを一気通貫し、複数システムにまたがるアーキテクチャ設計
・担当サービスの新規機能開発と継続的改善のマネジメント
・アジャイルを通じた開発プロセス改善や、プロジェクトの目的に応じた体制構築
・コードレビュー/最適な内部品質の探索や技術的負債への方針策定
・新技術導入調査/チームへの導入推進

サービスIDという認証・認可基盤を元に、いかにユーザがストレスなくサービスを受けられるかを考え、営業やマーケティングメンバーと協力しつつ最適なUXを探り、施策を作って開発していくプロジェクト
・マスタデータの最適化、機械学習エンジンとの連携(MLOps)を通じたマッチングの効率化
エンジニアと企業のデータの最適化を行い、ユーザ自身やキャリアアドバイザーがよりマッチする相手(企業もしくはエンジニア)を探すことができる基盤を整えていくプロジェクト
・複数システム連携部分のアーキテクチャ再設計
システム統合、モノレポ化、モジュラーモノリス化など、様々なアーキテクチャを考えつつシステム連携のあるべき姿に向けて設計と再構築(実装)を行っていくプロジェクト
・オブザーバビリティ(o11y)の強化
マイクロサービスのシステム間トレーシング・APMや、事業目標に応じたSLI/SLOの策定を通じて開発体験の改善や可観測性を高めるプロジェクト

Requirements
必須要件・Webアプリケーションの開発実務経験5年以上
・アジャイルまたはスクラムでの開発経験3年以上
・数名以上のチームでのリードエンジニア(テックリード)経験3年以上
・要件定義から設計、実装、テスト、リリース、運用までを含めた開発工程全般の経験
・インフラ、データベース、アーキテクチャを含めたシステム全体の設計を主導した経験
