【職務概要】
シニアバイヤー(非生産財担当/国内調達)として下記の業務に従事。
1.サイトソーシング活動。サプライヤとの価格交渉、契約交渉とサプライヤ選定
2.POの発行業務(実際にOracleのシステムを使ってのPO発行)
3.サプライヤとの連絡窓口
4.WW Procurementのイノベーションプロジェクト、プロセス改善等への参画

2.バイヤー業務
POのリリース、納期確認
3.サプライヤと社内関連部署との調整業務
4.日本の法律に従い、社内コンプライアンス規定に従って購買活動を行う。必要があれば社内プロセス等を見直しする
5.購買活動の効率化、プロセス改善活動への参画
【給与】
想定年収:600万円 ~ 800万円(年俸制/12分割)
※別途、業績賞与制度あり

品川:独身者/単身赴任者 45万円、家族帯同 75万円

【Job Description】
Job Profile: Commodity Manager and Buyer
1. Site sourcing activities
Negotiate with supplier for site purchasing items and services. (Cost and Contract)
2. Release PO
Release PO to supplier through Oracle ERP system (System operation is required)
3. Contact window to supplier negotiation.
4. Proactively join the innovation plan of Procurement process improvement
Responsibility details are as follows.
1. Site sourcing activities
Supplier management
Negotiation
Supplier selection
Contract management
For all releasing Pos from BU4000
2. Buyer
Release PO, manage delivery date.
3. Mange external vendors and work with internal stake holders.
4. Follow Japanese regulation and laws for all procurement activities.
5. Participate for operation and procedure improvement activities.
資格
【必須】
1.10年以上の購買経験(バイヤー、ソーシング)
2.購買活動に必要な基本的な日本の法律の知識
3.日本語でのコミュニケーション能力があること(サプライヤとのCommunication、社内Communicationでは日本語がメイン)
4.英語で最低限のコミュニケーションがとれること(上長へのレポート、All hands等のグローバルMeeting、一部のトレーニングでは英語を使用)
5.グローバルカンパニーでの就業経験
