Key Area of Responsibilities
- 事業計画および目標に基づいてモダリティーの結果が達成されるよう、アカウント・チームの一員として活動する
- 顧客の訪問(プレ、ポスト)、US 製品のデモンストレーション、各種セミナーやイベントにおいて最大限の活動を行う
- デモンストレーション、プレゼンテーションにより顧客に Philips 製品の紹介を行う
- アカウントマネージャー(営業) と協力して顧客のニーズに合った特徴、アプリケーションを説明する
- アカウント・チームのプランに基づき、顧客に対するセミナーを企画、実施する
- 顧客に対して高い臨床レベルのソリューションを提供できるように常に最新の情報に触れ、スキルを身につける
- 製品納入およびアップグレード時、顧客に対して臨床トレーニングを実施する
- 各顧客から十分な満足を得られるようアフターケアに努める
- 市場にて得られた競合情報、製品の臨床価値、顧客ニーズをレポートする
- 販売に必要な資料の作成をサポートする上司及び Marketing にマーケット情報や競合及び施設環境などに関する定期的なフィードバックを行う
- 法令順守や GBP に責任を持つ、またそれらに問題が発生した場合、速やかに報告する

【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)
【就業場所】東京オフィス(東京都港区)/大阪オフィス(大阪府大阪市中央区)がメインだが応相談
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00
【休日】毎週土(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)
【休暇】年次有給休暇:初年度最大20日間(入社月によって変動あり)、Care Leave(年間10日間)、Sick Leaveほか
【時間外労働】あり みなし勤務時間制(事業場外労働制)
【給与】基本給(固定年収)360万円-800万円 ※みなし勤務手当含む
【賞与】Incentive
※インセンティブは毎年3月の年1回支給(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)
※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
