Job Description
【業務内容】
当社の消費財ビジネスにおける売上拡大とブランド価値向上を目的として、主に小売・流通チャネル(量販店、ドラッグストア、ホームセンター等)に向けた営業活動を担当いただきます。
・既存顧客とのリレーション構築および売上拡大に向けた提案活動
・新規チャネルやアカウントの開拓
・棚割り、販促企画の提案および実行
・市場データや POS データを活用した商談資料の作成
・マーケティング、物流、カスタマーサービス等の関連部門との社内連携

・担当アカウントにおける売上およびインストアシェアの拡大
・効果的な販促施策の実行による売上創出
・得意先からの信頼向上および協働関係の強化
・新規流通チャネルの開拓や棚獲得の実現
【必須要件(Must)】
・ 最終学歴四大卒以上
・小売流通業界での営業経験(5年以上)
・小売本部担当としての商談経験
・市場データ/POS データを活用した提案力
・顧客折衝力、コミュニケーション能力
・課題を整理し、ロジカルに提案を構築できる能力
・Excel、PowerPoint など基本的な PC スキル
・普通自動車運転免許
【歓迎要件(Nice to have)】
・カテゴリーマネジメントや棚割りツールの使用経験
・ID-POS やパネルデータを使用した分析経験
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力
