Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Senior Planning Analyst
plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of licensing sales strategies within the Sales and Partnership department. This position drives business growth through data analysis, market research, and budget management. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the analyst contributes to maximizing revenue from the licensing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning related to licensing sales
- Conduct financial analysis including sales forecasting, budget planning, and KPI management
- Provide insights through market and competitor research
- Analyze licensing contract performance and propose improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Anime, Acquisitions, Japanese and Korean Contents, and Finance
- Communicate and report to global teams
- Create reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Access)

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the entertainment industry or licensing business
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Project management experience
