【仕事内容】

自動車に使われる部品の検査作業

工場内で作られる金属部品を、目で見てチェックする仕事です。

難しい機械操作はなく、決められた手順に沿って進めます。

(1) 加工前の部品チェック

・作業場の近くに置いてあるカゴの中から部品を取り出します

・検査用の台に置き、表面にキズやへこみがないかを目で見て確認します

(2) 完成後・出荷前の最終チェック

・完成した部品を出荷する前に行う確認作業です

・部品の種類によって見るポイントは異なりますが、

ライトを当てながら

「キズがないか」「ぶつけた跡がないか」「表面がきれいに仕上がっているか」

などを順番に確認します

(3) 付随する作業

・工場内で部品を運ぶ作業があります

・部品が入ったカゴを押して、決められた場所まで移動します

作業は一つひとつ丁寧に教えてもらえるため、

工場で働いたことがない方でも安心して始められます。

・作業は立ったまま行いますが、検査台の前での作業が中心で、歩き回ることは少なめです

・一人ずつ送風機が用意されており、夏場も暑さ対策がされています

・部品の重さはさまざまで、軽いものから少し重たいものまで扱うことがあります

・夏は暑く、冬は寒さを感じることもありますが、空調設備が整っている職場です
