【仕事内容】

自動車に使われる部品づくりを支える構内サポート作業

工場内で作られる部品を、運んだり移動させたりする補助的な仕事です。

フォークリフトを使った作業がありますが、手順は一から教えてもらえます。

(1) 部品の受け取り・置き場への移動

・工場に届いた部品を受け取ります

・フォークリフトを使って、製造現場近くの決められた置き場まで運びます

(2) 完成品の出荷準備作業

・完成した部品を、出荷前の保管場所まで移動します

・トラックに積み込む直前の場所まで、パレットごと運ぶ作業です

(3) 付随する作業

・工場内で、部品が入ったカゴを押して移動する作業があります

・製品を作るための型を運ぶ作業も行います

・慣れてきたら、型の取り付け・取り外し作業をお願いする場合もあります

(1)~(3)の作業は、社員がそばで確認しながら丁寧に教えてくれるため、

工場勤務が初めての方でも安心して取り組めます。

・工場内を移動しながら行う、動きのある仕事です

・一人につき1台、送風機が用意されており、暑さ対策がされています

・多少力を使う作業がありますが、軽いものから重たいものまでさまざまです

・夏は暑く、冬は寒さを感じることもありますが、空調設備が整った職場です
