日本最大級の建物データを学習させ、見積査定・修繕計画・予知保全をAI自動化しています。

現場に根ざしたユーザー体験と業務変革を推進し、

建設業界の未来を創るカスタマーサクセスを募集しています。

管理ロイド導入企業への運用設計、初期設定、リリースサポート、現場・管理者向け説明会などを実施します。

クライアントの業務フロー分析、AI活用促進の提案、利用状況モニタリングなどを行います。

【具体的には】

・管理ロイド導入企業への運用設計・初期設定・リリースサポート

・セットアップ支援後の現場・管理者向け説明会、トレーニング実施

・クライアントの業務フロー/課題分析、AI活用促進の提案・改善タスク推進

・利用状況モニタリング、KPI管理、定着率・満足度向上施策の企画・実行

・顧客からのプロダクトフィードバック収集と開発部門へエスカレーション

・不動産管理/建設領域ならではのユーザー課題を踏まえた活用サポート

・新機能ローンチ時の顧客対応(機能説明・利用拡大・プロセス再設計支援 等)

・サクセス事例のナレッジ化・社内外共有

【求める人材】

【必須】

・法人顧客対応、業務改善サポートorカスタマーサクセス経験(3年以上)

・顧客課題ヒアリングからの提案・施策推進、又は運用フロー設計の実績

【歓迎】

・ITサービス、システム導入企業でのカスタマーサクセスまたは導入支援経験

・建設・不動産・ビルメンテナンス業界での実務、または業務改善担当経験

・チームリーダー/プロジェクト推進(5~10名)の経験

・SaaS/AIプロダクトのカスタマーサクセスにおけるKPI設計・分析・改善経験

・エンタープライズ企業の業務フロー改革、DX推進経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
