私たちは、埼玉県川口市のサッカー&バスケスクールです。年に数回、休日に試合やイベントがありますが、基本、土日祝日はお休み。終業時間も安定しており、働きやすさを感じていただけると思います。自分の工夫が直接、安全や効率、顧客満足度に繋がる、業務の手ごたえも魅力です。

仕事内容
埼玉・川口エリアで、小学生がメインのサッカー・バスケットボールスクールの送迎をお任せします。乗車していただく車両は、10人乗りのハイエース、もしくは29人乗りのマイクロバスです。
運転業務に加え、送迎ルートの策定も重要な任務。新規入会のタイミングなど、日々送迎ルートの見直しが求められています。道幅が狭すぎないか、駐車できるスペースがあるかなど、実際に現地に足を運んで確認することも。事務局スタッフと連携を取りながら、最新の情報をもとに、最適なルートを組み立ててください。
設定作業は事務所のパソコンを使用。操作の決まった専用ツールですので、ネット検索ができる程度の基本スキルがあれば大丈夫です。
そのほか車内清掃、練習会場でのクラブバナー(旗)の掲揚や、練習道具の運搬といったマネージャー業務も発生します。

- シフト制
月~金 15:30~22:00のなかで調整
【シフト例】
月曜日 15:30~22:00(6.5h)
水曜日 15:30~20:00(4.5h)
木曜日 15:30~19:00(3.5h)
金曜日 15:30~22:00(6.5h)
※週1日からの勤務可
(毎月出勤可能日の希望を伺いシフト調整いたします)
※送迎利用者の増減によって変動します。
※年に数回、土日祝の試合やイベントの送迎をお願いする事があります。
※週5日働きたいという方はご相談ください。
