As the Hardware CTO Candidate, you will bridge the gap between complex robotics hardware and scalable software solutions. You will not just oversee R&D, but lead the transition into stable, high-quality mass production.
Hardware Strategy:
Define and execute the roadmap for our proprietary drone hardware and hardware-software integration.
Mass Production:
Lead the engineering process from prototype to mass production, ensuring quality control and supply chain optimization.
Organization Building:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a engineering team in Tokyo and abroad.
Executive
Leadership:
Work alongside the board members to align technical goals with business growth.
Requiremens
Must be willing to relocate to or currently reside in Tokyo, Japan.
Engineering Background:
Proven track record in Hardware Development (Robotics, UAVs, Automotive, or Precision Machinery).
Mass Production Experience:
Experience managing the phase transition from R&D to Mass Production is highly preferred.
Leadership:
Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a VPoE/CTO in a startup or tech company.
Global Mindset:
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in English.
