What You'll Do
Learn the full-cycle tech recruitment process: sourcing, outreach, screening, and closing
Get hands-on training from the CEO and senior recruiters across Mobile, Web, Infra, AI, and Design roles
Use LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tools to find top talent and connect them to top-tier companies
Send blind resumes, write punchy candidate summaries, and pitch talent directly to clients
Keep CRM data (SyncBox) organized and sharp no sloppiness
Learn to talk to CTOs, HR, and hiring managers like a pro
What Were Looking For
No experience required we train from the ground up
Strong interest in tech, people, and business
You're sharp, assertive, honest, and unafraid to push yourself
Good communicator in English (Japanese is a plus)
You don't wait to be told what to do you move
