フルーツサンド開発もできる、青果売り場のプロデューサー

2025年11月、四ツ谷にグランドオープンした「丸正総本店」。
その"顔"となる青果部門で、仕入れから売り場づくり、商品開発まで幅広く活躍していただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 売り場演出: 色とりどりの野菜・果物の陳列、ディスプレイ作成
- 商品加工: 話題の「フルーツサンド」や「カットフルーツ」の製造
- 接客・販売: 焼き芋の販売や、旬の野菜の美味しい食べ方のご提案
- 管理業務: 商品の袋詰め(機械化が進んでいるので負担少なめ)、鮮度チェック
▼STEP1:野菜の「目利き」をマスター
まずは野菜や果物の知識をイチから学びます。 「美味しいトマトの見分け方は?」「長持ちする保存方法は?」 一生使える"食の知識"が身につくので、料理の腕も上がりますよ。
▼STEP2:色彩センスで「魅せる」売り場へ
知識がついたら、ディスプレイをお任せします。 「赤・黄・緑」のコントラストを意識したり、農家さんの想いをPOPに書いたり。 あなたの工夫一つで、手に取ってもらえる数が変わる面白さがあります。
▼STEP3:ヒット商品を「企画」する
慣れてきたら、加工商品のメニュー開発にも挑戦 「次はシャインマスカットのサンドイッチを出そう」 「スムージーを販売してみようかな?」 そんなあなたのアイデアが、四ツ谷の新しい名物になるかもしれません。

<一日の流れ(例)>
- 7:00 出社/市場から届いた野菜・果物の荷受け、鮮度チェック
- 8:00~ 商品の袋詰め、カットフルーツやフルーツサンドの作成
- 10:00~ 品出し、売場のディスプレイ調整、焼き芋の準備
- 13:00~ 休憩(1時間)
- 14:00~ 午後の品出し、お客様対応(試食販売など)、清掃
- 16:00 退勤

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥380,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥17,910〜¥24,300(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
