▼概要
各クライアントのステージに応じた課題設定及びマーケティング・コミュニケーション戦略を立案していただき、多様な視点を取り入れた提案資料作成から実際の提案までをお任せします。また、既存のマーケティング手法に囚われず、顧客満足度の最大化に繋がるとご自身が信じる方法を検討していただく事からお任せします。
※テレビCMを中心に、手法に囚われない提案を行っていただきます。

■エグゼキューション・PDCA
・クリエイティブ部門・クリエイティブチームとの連携をした制作進行ディレクション(予算管理・プロジェクト予算管理含む)
・メディア/メディア部門と連携したプロジェクト進行(料金交渉・プロジェクト予算管理含む)
・データサイエンスチームと連携をしたCM放映前後比較でのレポーティングと改善策の提案
■顧客獲得
・自らの人脈や繋がりを生かした新規クライアント獲得
・その中で担当となるクライアントへの深耕(継続・追加提案等)
■チーム組成・チームビルディング・ディレクション
・クライアントの潜在課題を引(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
▼必須要件
※下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・総合広告代理店でのオフラインマーケティング・コミュニケーション戦略立案経験3年以上
・デジタル専業代理店でのマーケティング戦略の立案・提案を含む営業経験3年以上
▼歓迎スキル
・テレビスポット作業や、テレビCM制作のご経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
