【職務内容】

業界最大手の顧客群に対し、人事課題解決に向けたコンサルティングセールスと

ソリューション提供を行う業務です。

顧客の採用課題特定から、育成・定着等の人事課題まで、

サービス提供領域を拡張します。

クライアントとのやり取りから得たノウハウを元に、

新規商材開発やサービス企画へフィードバックを行います。

配属先では、医療・介護・保育・障がい福祉事業を営む大手法人を中心に、

最適なソリューションを提供しています。

エス・エム・エスは、高齢社会に適した情報インフラを構築し、

人々の生活の質を向上させることを目指しています。

医療・介護/障害福祉領域を対象としたキャリア事業は、

マーケットリーダーとして成長を牽引しています。

【具体的には】

・ 業界最大手の顧客群に対して人事課題(採用・定着・育成等)の解決に向けた

コンサルティングセールス・ソリューション提供

・ 担当顧客の中で最も貢献度の高い状態(取引シェアNO.1)を実現し、SMSの事業収益に貢献

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ 以下のいずれかのご経験

・ 人材業界における法人営業のご経験3年程度以上

・ ソリューション営業経験3年程度以上

【歓迎】

・ メンバーマネジメント経験

・ 営業活動において、クライアントの組織攻略要素(誰が意思決定者でどのようなパワーバランスがありそうかなど)と対峙しながら営業活動をされてきた方

・ ソリューション型で複数商材(※無形商材)の提案経験をお持ちの方

・ 採用、育成、定着等の組織の人事課題に知見がある方

【給与】

年収650~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
