★★神戸トアロード本社。「メディア対応」や「スタジオ管理」を支える事務サポ―ト(パート)募集★★
本社事業部にて、
プロジェクトや日々の業務がスムーズに進むよう、運営・事務のサポート業務を担当していただきます。
業務はチームで分担しながら進めますので、
適性やご経験に合わせて、できるところからお任せします。
主な業務内容
対外的なやり取りのサポート
メディア関係者や取引先からの問い合わせ対応(主にメール)
簡単なリサーチ業務
オンライン打合せ(Zoom等)の準備・議事録作成
インフルエンサーのリサーチや連絡補助
手土産の手配 など
事業部内の運営・管理サポート
セミナー・イベント運営の事務サポート
(出欠確認、アンケート集計など)
情報発信の設定補助
(メルマガ・SNS・プッシュ通知の配信設定など)
リサーチ業務
(DM会社の選定、新ツールの情報収集など)
マーケティング部との連携補助、依頼書作成サポート
プレスリリース原稿作成の補助
オフィス環境・総務関連のサポート
スタジオや執務室の簡単な整理・環境整備
出張手配(交通・宿泊)の事務手続き
経理への支払い依頼サポート
社内データの整理・管理

・ 基本的なPCスキル(Excel, Word, チャットツール等)
※事務経験必須、関数などの高度な知識は不要です。
・ 社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション、調整ができる方

・ SNSやWebメディアを見るのが日常的に好きな方

- 9:00-17:00
- 週3勤務
- 残業なし
