仕事内容:
★★神戸トアロード本社。会社運営の基盤を支える「総務事務」スタッフ募集★★
管理本部のプロジェクトや日々の総務業務がスムーズに進むよう、運営・事務のサポート業務を担当していただきます。
これまでの事務経験を活かし、外部との調整や書類整備、備品管理など、
バックオフィスから組織を円滑に動かす役割を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容
外部との連絡調整
取引先や関係各所とのメール・電話対応、スケジュール調整
来客対応(案内・お茶出し・手土産手配など)
文書作成・管理
契約書や社内規定などの書類整備・ファイリング
議事録の作成、社内外に向けた通知文の作成
社内業務の運営サポート
各種手配業務(出張時の交通機関・宿泊先予約など)
備品・消耗品の在庫管理および発注
工事立ち合い(設備点検・メンテナンス時など)
オフィスの環境整備(整理整頓)、郵便物の仕分け、発送業務など
その他庶務業務

応募資格/必須スキル
【必須(MUST)】
事務職の実務経験が3年以上ある方
Word・Excelなどのパソコン業務が得意な方 (ビジネス文書の作成、関数の活用、正確でスピーディーな入力ができる方)
社会人としてのマナーを備えた対応ができる方 (外部・社内問わず、円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方)

総務、人事、法務などの管理部門での実務経験がある方
複数のタスクを並行して進める「段取り力」に自信がある方
