【 仕事内容 】

主に埼玉県内の公共施設、学校、病院、商業施設などの

各種電気工事の施工管理業務です。

(工程管理・品質管理・安全管理・原価管理)

  • 公共工事

建物の電気配線、道路照明、防犯灯工事

  • 工場

高圧受電設備や分電盤、照明設備設置・改修

  • 一般住宅

新築・改築の配線・照明・コンセント工事

  • 施工管理業務

見積書・請求書などの事務作成、現場管理

※図面作成業務もありますが、社内に

CADオペレーターがいるため、ずっと

図面作成…といったことはありません。

*公共工事が多いため、業績安定

*工期は数日~数ヶ月

*1現場に集中できる環境です

現場を持っている間は直行直帰も可能

  • 電気工事施工管理技士(2級または1級)
  • 1億円規模の案件の施工管理経験
  • 後輩の育成などの指導経験
  • CADを使用した図面作成スキル

(JWCAD、電匠というソフトを使用)

  • 基本的なPC操作スキル

(WordやExcelを使って書類作成)

  • 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

MT・中型免許をお持ちの方は優遇

8:00~17:30(休憩1時間30分)

日報はスマホ現場でサッと完了

全体会議や無駄な帰社日なし

残業代は全額支給

給与詳細


基本給:月給 50万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※1億円規模の案件の施工管理経験がある場合の給与です。実務経験が不足の場合は月給40~50万円になります。

※資格・経験、前職給与を考慮します

※残業代は全額支給

【月給にプラスして資格手当あり】

・1級電気工事施工管理技士、

1級管工事施工管理技士:月1万円

・2級電気工事施工管理技士、

2級管工事施工管理技士:月5000円

・第一種電気工事士:月5000円

※資格取得支援制度あり

資格試験に合格した場合、

受験費用を会社で負担します。

【昇給】

年1回 前年度実績3000円~/月
