職務内容

光ファイバ用紫外線硬化性コーティング材製造工場の設備管理及び付帯業務

・土浦工場で使用している生産装置の保守点検業務全般

(予防保全、不具合対応、その他)

・生産性改善活動(装置不具合分析、稼働率向上)

・安全環境 / 5S推進活動

・新規設備の動作確認・評価

・ベンダーとの折衝

・社内コミュニケーション など

Equipment management and related tasks for the optical fiber UV-curable coating material manufacturing plant - General maintenance and inspection of production equipment used at the Tsuchiura Plant (Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.) - Productivity improvement activities (equipment failure analysis, uptime improvement) - Safety environment / 5S promotion activities - Operational verification and evaluation of new equipment - Negotiations with vendors - Internal communications, etc.

(必須)

・設備保守管理(機械、計装、土建、電気等)の経験2年以上

・機械設備の基本的な構造理解

・基本的なPC操作(Excel、Word、CAD等)

・語学(日本語:
ビジネスレベル)

(尚可)

・化学プラント設備の運転・保全・設計経験

・電気回路の基礎知識・計測器の使用経験

・化学プラントでの就業経験

・労働衛生・労働安全(OHSAS等)に関する知識・経験

・語学(英語:
日常会話~ビジネスレベル)

※英語はメールの読み書きが中心です。月に数回、社内の会議で発言・議論の機会があり、慣れるまでは英語ができるメンバーがサポートします。

Work Experience/Skill

[Mandatory]

・2+ years of experience in facility maintenance management (mechanical, instrumentation, civil engineering, electrical, etc.) ・Basic understanding of mechanical equipment structure ・Basic PC operation (Excel, Word, CAD, etc.)
・Language skills (Japanese:
business level)

[Preferable]

Experience in operation, maintenance, and design of chemical plant equipment Fundamental knowledge of electrical circuits and experience using measuring instruments Work experience in a chemical plant Knowledge and experience related to occupational health and safety (OHSAS, etc.)

Language skills (English:
conversational to business level) *English skills will be primarily focused on reading and writing emails.

There will be opportunities to speak and discuss in internal meetings several times a month, and English-speaking members will support you until you become accustomed to the language.
