Job Description
Manufacturing Engineering - machining process for Driveline products in Tochigi plant.
With the supervision or support of senior colleagues, design, integrate, or improve manufacturing systems or related processes including Floor to Floor (FTF) measurement and documentation related to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Manage implementation of new manufacturing systems in a project management mode. May work with commercial or industrial designers to refine product designs to increase producibility and decrease costs.
- Determine specifications for machine, jig and tool specifications and then order that.
- Machine trials, set-up and start-up of mass production
- Layout study and change implementation
- Technical meetings with customers, suppliers and internal related functions
- Improvement of productivity, quality, cost, after launched
Qualifications, Experience And Skills.
Experience launches for new products line (machining) as Manufacturing Engineer
CNC, PLC knowledge and experience, basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
NC programming
Experience in mechanical drafting, material mechanics, machining.
General computer skills ( Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
2D/3D-CAD (AutoCAD is preferable)
