Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Banquet Service Team Leader to achieve the company's objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the efficient operations of Banquet by effective staff scheduling, delegation of job tasks, monitoring and supervision of service.
  • Ensure all staff follows the HACCP standard and participates in the environmental-friendly and 3Rs (reuse, recycle or reduce) initiatives whenever possible.
  • Provide engaging, timely, efficient and friendly service to all the guests.
  • Assist Banquet Service Assistant Manager.

General Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of practical work experience in Banquet Service from hospitality operations.
  • Knowledge in seasonal food, international cuisine, food preparation and presentation.
  • Work experience in 5-star hotels will be an advantage.
