【ポジションの概要】
私たちは、高いモチベーションと実務経験を兼ね備えたサービスチームスーパーバイザーを募集しています。APJ(アジア太平洋および日本)およびグローバルのサービスチームと連携し、シングルユースデバイス向けのサービスオファープログラムの開発、チームマネジメント、収益目標の達成などを担当いただきます。本ポジションはBPG Japanディレクターに直接報告し、APJへのマトリクスレポートも行います。
【主な業務内容】
■ エンジニア業務
- 個々のフィールドサービスエンジニア(FSE)として、顧客先での以下の業務を実施・支援する:
- 受入試験(SAT:Site Acceptance Test)
- 設置および適格性評価(IOQ:Installation and Qualification Test)
- 各種メンテナンス作業
■ 協働業務
- APJおよびグローバルのサービスチームと密接に連携し、サービス戦略や各種取り組みの整合性・統合を図る。
■ プログラム開発・マネジメント
- シングルユースデバイス向けサービスオファープログラムを企画・開発・実行・管理する。
- サービスチームをリードし、高いパフォーマンスを維持すると共に、ビジネス目標の達成を推進する。
- サービス提供に関する収益目標の達成状況をモニタリングし、改善と達成に向けて推進する。
■ レポーティング
- BPG Japanディレクターへ直接レポートを行う。
- APJに対してマトリクスレポートを行い、進捗、課題、機会について透明性のある効果的なコミュニケーションを実施する。

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with APJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan) and global service teams, developing service offer programs for single-use devices, managing the team, and achieving revenue targets. This role will report directly to the BPG Japan Director and provide matrix reporting to APJ.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engineer:
o As an individual Field Service Engineer (FSE), visit and support Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Installation and Qualification Test (IOQ), and various maintenance work at customer sites.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with APJ and global service teams to ensure alignment and integration of service strategies and initiatives.
• Program Development and Management:
o Develop, implement, and manage service offer programs for single-use devices.
o Lead and oversee the service team to ensure high performance and achievement of business objectives.
o Monitor and drive the achievement of revenue targets for service offerings.
• Reporting:
o Directly report to the BPG Japan Director.
o Provide matrix reporting to APJ, ensuring transparent and effective communication of progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing service teams and developing service programs.
• Strong understanding of single-use device markets and service offerings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with regional and global teams.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
