【サービス管理責任者としての実務】

  • アセスメントおよび個別支援計画の作成・見直し
  • モニタリング、ケース会議の進行
  • 関係機関(相談支援・医療・行政等)との連携
  • 記録管理、支援プロセスの確認
  • 利用者の状況把握、作業調整
  • 職員への助言、支援の質の維持・向上

【運営・マネジメント(段階的に関わっていただきます)】

  • 現場オペレーションの整理・改善
  • 職員育成・フォロー
  • 生産活動(軽作業等)の調整
  • 課題整理および改善提案

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※残業月10時間程度

  • 週休2日制(当社シフトによる)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥233,700 〜 ¥359,600は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥29,500〜¥45,400(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与

月給:233,700円〜359,600円

(内訳:基本給189,200円+資格手当+処遇改善手当+固定残業代)

管理経験がある方、段取り・判断力が高い方は

月27.5万円以上でのスタートも相談可
