以下のような職務が伴います。
- 担任顧客に対して、BASF農業用商品の普及販売を行う
- 担任県及び顧客の売上及び普及目標達成の為、活動計画を立案し実行する
- 顧客管理システムを用いて活動報告を行い、上位者のアドバイスを受けながら、営業効率向上を図る
- 市場、競合(他社、製品等)の情報を収集し解析する
- 新しい施策のアイデアを所属エリア内で提案する
- 事業部全体に関わるプロジェクトに参画する
必要なスキル
大学卒以上で、営業またはコマーシャルまたはマーケティング業務に従事した経験があります。普通自動車免許も必要です。また、農薬または農業に関する知識と営業活動に関する基本的なスキルを持っている必要があります。推定年齢1,300万円
