仕事内容:
安全・快適な運転席にて、クレーンを操作する仕事です。
運転席内はエアコン完備なので、気候に関わらず快適な空間です。
一旦技術を身に付ければ、体力が衰えてきても長く続けられるというのが、この仕事の大きなポイント。
具体的には、お得意様より依頼された工事現場にて、安全なクレーン作業を行っていただきます。
主な依頼先は、建築、土木、設備、造園など、馴染みの得意先がメインです。
市内および近郊の現場が多く、遠方はほとんどありません。
また、現場作業が早く終われば、その分早く退社もできるので、プライベートな時間が作りやすいです。
早出や残業のある日もありますが、そんな時でも時間外手当はきちんと支給しますので、サービス残業は一切なし。
社内の雰囲気は、社員全員が仲良く、とても明るい職場です。
人力では到底不可能な、スケールの大きい作業を担う重要な仕事です。
また自分が携わった仕事が、「形」として街の一部を形成してゆく・・・
そんなやりがいを感じれる仕事です。
『もっと稼ぎたい』という方であれば、希望により、休日出勤や夜勤もありますので、さらに収入アップも目指せます。
即戦力の経験者であれば、そのスキルに応じて、さらに優遇もあります。
また、今回は、情熱があり、将来見込みのある方であれば、資格や経験がなくても、ご応募を受け付けます。
免許取得のためのクレーン教習所の費用や、その間の日給も当社が負担。
免許取得後は、先輩オペレーター同行のもと、基本の『キ』から始め、簡単な作業から徐々に慣れていってもらい、一人前のプロオペレーターに育て上げます。
この業界では珍しいぐらい優しい先輩ばかりなので、分からない事は何でも気軽に質問すれば、親身になって教えてもらえます。
車やバイクの運転、機械操作などが好きで、自分なりの目標を立てて、それに向かって努力できる方には向いている仕事です。

・ラフタークレーン乗務経験者(優遇)
・移動式クレーン運転士免許保有者(望ましい)

平日:8:00~17:00(休憩60分)
(車庫~現場間の行き帰りに伴う、時間外勤務が発生する場合があります)

・有資格者の方は、自身のご都合に合わせて、いつからでも勤務可能です。
・資格のない方は、まずは資格取得に向けて教習所へ行って頂く必要があるので(費用は弊社負担が負担します)教習所の日程に合わせて入社していただく事になります。
