コンテナ型トレーラーハウス「BIBox」の活用を推進する法人営業をお任せします。

専門知識は入社後にイチから習得できるため、未経験の方でも安心して始められるお仕事です

BIBoxについて

「BIBox」は、当社が手掛ける自社ブランドであり、

さまざまなシーンで活用可能なコンテナ、トレーラーハウスをレンタル/販売しています。

「コンテナはわかるけど、トレーラーハウスって何?」

トレーラーハウスとは、タイヤを取り付けた構造物。

つまり、「移動可能な家」とも呼べるものです。

・飲食事業

・スモールオフィス

・無人店舗 など

様々なシーンで活用され、その用途・シェアは大きく拡大中

建築確認申請が必要ないため、

開業コスト及び人件費を抑えて事業を開始できることが大きな特徴です。

具体的な業務内容

  • 販売・レンタル営業

新規や既存の顧客に対して、コンテナ型トレーラーハウスやコンテナ建築をご提案。

また、既存顧客からの紹介などもあります。口コミやネットワークを活用して未開拓のマーケットにも積極的にアプローチし、需要の拡大を図ります。

営業の手法は柔軟に対応し、顧客のニーズに合わせた提案を行うことで、市場シェアの拡大を目指します。

  • 土地活用による営業

駐車場が余っているスーパーやコンビニに対して、土地スペースの有効活用を提案することで、トレーラーハウスの設置を促進。

土地やスペースの持ち主様に対して「土地の有効活用による収益の最大化」のご提案を行い、利益を追求するパートナーシップを築きます。

  • コンテナ建築の手続き・サポート

  • 案件に応じて直行直帰も可能

  • 3ヶ月に1回程度国内出張の可能性あり
  • 社内に建築技術者がおりますので、必要に応じて打ち合わせも行います

  • 普通自動車第一種免許(AT限定可)

【歓迎条件】

  • 業界問わず法人営業実務経験者
  • 独立開業経験をお持ちの方
  • マネジメント経験をお持ちの方

基本給:年俸 450万円 〜 650万円

  • 月給換算:375,000円〜541,666円
