【概要】東京都教育委員会では、障害者の一般就労の場として、障害者に配慮した支援と職場環境を整備したオフィスを開設しています。知的障害、精神障害及び身体障害のある方を教育事務サポーターとして雇用し、一人一人がその持てる能力を十分に発揮し、業務を遂行することにより教育委員会を支えていただいています。
教育事務サポーターの段階的な雇用拡大に合わせ、その支援者として、下記のとおり「障害者雇用インストラクター」を募集します。
1 採用予定職
「障害者雇用インストラクター」(地方公務員法第22条の2第1項第1号に基づく会計年度任用職員)

3 職務内容
教育事務サポーターの障害特性を踏まえた、業務遂行や職場適応、スキル向上、自己理解のための直接支援、業務管理等
(1)教育事務サポーターの障害特性に応じた業務支援及び助言、ツール等作成、業務管理、履行確認
(2)教育事務サポーターの作業内容の評価・記録及び支援計画の作成
(3)支援会議の運営、資料作成
(4)教育事務サポーター選考補助
(5)その他、所属長が指示する業務

5 任用(雇用)予定期間
令和8年4月1日から令和9年3月31日まで
※ 任用期間満了後に同一の職務内容の職が設置される場合で、かつ能力実証の結果が良好である場合は、4回を上限として公募によらず再度任用される可能性があります。なお、期間を定めた任用であり、令和9年4月1日以降の任用を保障するものではありません。

(1)勤務日数
月16日勤務
※月16日の出勤日は、毎月、他の職員と調整して設定するため、個人の都合を踏まえて設定が可能です。
(2)勤務時間
原則として9時から17時45分まで(うち休憩時間60分)
(3)休日
土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始
(4)休暇
【有給】年次有給休暇(1年目:10日、2年目:11日、3年目:12日、4年目:14日、5年目16日)、病気休暇(上限日数有り)、慶弔休暇、夏季休暇ほか
※年次有給休暇は、日単位のほか、時間単位での取得も可能。
※東京都における他の職に引き続いて採用となる場合には、規定に基づき、前職の年次有給休暇を繰り越すことが可能です。
【無給】病気休暇、子どもの看護等休暇、短期の介護休暇、育児休業ほか
(5)条件付き採用
原則として、採用から1か月は条件付きの採用となります。
(6)報酬
ア 第一種報酬
月額201,600円
※その他、一定の要件を満たす場合、期末手当・勤勉手当を支給(前年度実績(年間)計4.85月分)
イ 第二種報酬
通勤手当相当額を、別途支給します。(上限150,000円/月)
ウ 支給日
原則として、毎月15日
エ 旅費
公務により出張した場合には、規定により旅費を支給します。
(7)社会保険(一部自己負担あり)
公立学校共済組合(短期給付及び福祉事業)、厚生年金保険及び雇用保険を適用
(8)健康診断
常勤職員に準じて実施します。
(9)公務災害補償
「東京都非常勤職員の公務災害補償等に関する条例」又は「労働災害補償保険法」の定めるところによります。
(10)福利厚生
常勤職員に準じます。
(11)体制
原則として教育事務サポーター5名につき、障害者雇用インストラクター1名を配置します。また、障害者雇用インストラクター6名につき、障害者雇用インストラクター(主任)1名を配置します。障害者インストラクターは主任の助言等を受けながら教育事務サポーターの支援を行います。

10 選考方法、選考日程
(1)書類選考(第一次選考)
書類選考を実施します。
(2)面接(第二次選考)
書類選考合格者に対し、面接を実施します。

11 選考結果
令和8年1月下旬に、本人宛て郵送により通知します。

求める人材:
障害者支援に有用な資格又は経験があり、以下の(1)から(3)までの全てに該当する者
(1)教育事務サポーターの障害特性に応じた業務支援及び助言、ツール等の作成、業務管理、履行確認等を適時・適切に行う知識、能力、協調性を有すること。
(2)ワード・エクセル等を使用したデータ入力・資料作成作業ができること。
(3)障害者支援に意欲があり、職員等と円滑なコミュニケーションが図れること。
