【都市緑化の施工管理スタッフ】

新築建築現場で、屋上・壁面・外構の緑化工事を管理します。

◆ 主な業務 ◆

・安全・品質・工程の管理

・親受け業者様との連絡・調整

・現場スタッフや協力会社への指示出し

・報告書作成や完了検査の立ち会い

◆ 未経験の方も安心スタート ◆

施工管理に興味がある方、大歓迎

数ヶ月間は社長が現場で業務指導。

実践を通してスキルを身につけられます。

8:00 出社・朝礼

9:00 安全確認・作業指示

12:00 ランチ休憩

13:00 進捗確認・写真撮影

16:00 書類整理・日報まとめ

17:00 退勤(直帰OKの日もあり)

「緑化工事は初めて」という方でも、

現場での施工管理経験があればすぐに力を発揮できます。

そんな少し特別な"都市の仕事"に挑戦してみませんか?

求める人材:

《必須》・車の免許

以下の経験や資格がある方は優遇します。

・玉掛け技能講習

・高所作業車運転技能講習

・職長安全衛生責任者教育

・フルハーネス特別教育

・施工管理経験1年以上

・造園、内装、電気工事、設備管理などの経験

※資格は入社後の取得も可能(費用は会社負担)

勤務時間・曜日:

・8:00〜17:00 実働7時間

・休憩2時間で無理なく

・週5勤務

・直行直帰可 新井宿から送迎可

休暇・休日:

・シフト制(1週間ごと)

・GW

・夏季休暇

・年末年始

・有給休暇

・希望休(事前申請で対応)

勤務地:

東京、埼玉、神奈川、千葉を中心に関東全般。

川口市桜町(最寄り駅・新井宿)から現地までは無料送迎いたします。

直行直帰もOK

交通費は全額支給いたします。

  • JR「新宿駅」から電車で約30分、徒歩約15分
  • JR「赤羽駅」から電車で約20分、徒歩約15分
  • JR「浦和駅」から車で約15分

通勤方法:

  • マイカー・バイク・自転車通勤OK

給与:

420万円〜600万円(月給35万円〜50万円)
