仕事概要
電気自動車(EV)の充電が、スマートホンと同様に自宅で安心してできるインフラ環境を目指して、EV充電システムの開発を行っています。2018年に創業以来、国内シェアトップクラス。EV充電器の国内普及というローカルな視点から、環境問題というグローバルな問題に挑戦するエンジニアを募集しています。 【取り扱う商品】 商業施設や集合住宅において、複数人で共有するEV充電スタンドの予約と使用時間に応じたカード決済ができるアプリを開発しています。 ・事前予約にすることで、充電の待ち時間を解消 ・アプリで課金することで、使った人が電力料金を決済 ・充電時間帯を調整することでエネルギーマネジメントを実現 <予約管理用WEBコンソール> 充電器を管理するマンションオーナーや駐車場所有者に向けたWEBアプリです。 ユアスタンドでは、クライアント自身がEV充電器を 運用できる仕組みを大切にしています。 自分が充電器のオーナーとして料金の設定ができることで、 設置後の収益化を考えることも、不動産の付加価値として開放することも可能です。 <充電スタンドの制御盤> 上記のソフトウェアを充電器と連携させて ワークさせることがIoTエンジニアチームの役割です。 各社から仕入れるEV充電器と、システムを連動させるための制御盤を設計しています。 OCPPという国際標準通信規格に則った開発をすることで、 充電器のメーカーを問わずにユアスタンドのシステムを導入することができます。 基本的にはソフトウェア開発と分業していますが、 アプリを使って実際の「モノ」が動くための要となっています。 【役割と仕事内容】 EV充電制御システムの開発に関わる業務をお願いします。 社内ビジネスサイドのリクエストのヒアリングから、 ニーズに応じた制御ソフトウェア開発、運用開始の機器設定まで 製品リリースまでの一連の工程に携わることができます。 <業務詳細> フィールドエンジニア業務 (約70%) お客様の現場で、自社製品が安定稼働するためのサポートを提供します。 顧客からの電話対応、顧客先への訪問、自社製品(IoT機器等)の設置・設定作業 導入後のオンサイトでのトラブルシューティング、保守・メンテナンス 製品の利用方法に関するトレーニングや技術的な説明 営業担当者との同行による技術的な側面からの提案支援 FWエンジニア関連業務 (約30%) 製品開発の最前線とお客様をつなぐ、技術的な橋渡し役を担います。 現場で発生した事象の再現テスト、ログ解析による原因の切り分け 開発チームへの技術的なフィードバック(不具合報告、改善提案) ファームウェアのアップデート作業や、簡単な検証用スクリプトの作成 (スキルに応じて)製品のファームウェア(Python3)の簡単な修正やデバッグ 【開発環境】 ハード制御 ・Ubuntu ・Python3 サーバーサイド ・TypeScript ・NestJS ・Prisma ・MySQL フロントエンド ・TypeScript ・Nextjs インフラ ・Firebase ・GCP ・Stripe ツール ・Github ・Backlog ・Slack ・Google workspace ・PCはお好きなマシンを選んでいただけます
必須スキル
- 開発スキル/経験 ・ハードウェア製品(PC、サーバー、ネットワーク機器、その他産業機器等)のフィールドサポートや保守経験 ・Linuxの基本的な操作経験(terminal使用経験、ファイル操作、サービス管理など) ・ネットワークの基本情報技術者試験レベルの基礎知識
