Job Description
Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner to broad business leaders in Japan.
【Responsibilities】
- Drive Strategic HR Initiatives:Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Address Organizational Challenges:Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in HR Projects:Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
- Change Management:Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications
【MUST】
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR field
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations issues
- Ability to promote positive behaviors across the organization, enhance motivation, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with other HR teams
- Proficient in English communication, including participation in meetings and delivering presentations

- A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to independently tackle challenges and issues as they arise
