仕事内容:

◆具体的な業務内容

①インサイドセールスとしての商談創出活動

┗様々なチャネルから、流入する新規リードへのアプローチ

┗一度お問合せを頂いたことがある方、過去に一度商談をしたことがある方など、既に接点があるお客様(ハウスリード)への様々なコンテンツ(WP、ウェビナー等)を活用したアプローチ

②商談が生まれる仕組み、戦略・施策立案、トライアル

┗時期、タイムリーな課題感に合わせたウェビナーやWPなどコンテンツ内容の企画

┗展示会、WP、LP等における、訴求、表現の検討

┗より効果的、継続的に顧客との出会いを生み出すためのSFA、MAツールの活用促進、仕組み作り

③コンサルティングセールスチームとの連携、営業戦略と連動した活動設計

効果的に、質の良い商談を、安定的に生み出していくことが求められるため、中長期の視点でもコンサルティングセールスチーム・マーケティングチームと連携しながらの戦略的に活動内容を設計

※利用ツール:Salesforce、Account Engagement、Tableau

◆所属するチーム

マーケティングとインサイドセールスがひとつになったチームに所属します。

インサイドセールス段階で情報獲得した、リードの質・顧客の声の変化、改善すべき訴求内容や、必要だと考えられるコンテンツなどをマーケティングチームにフィードバックをしていくことはもちろん、

商談創出のために必要な新規リードの創出、ハウスリストへのアプローチ施策から、マーケティングチームと連動して戦略的に動かしていきます。

この2つの機能が一つのチームとして連動した組織であるからこそできる、動き方です。

20代~30代のメンバー6名と学生インターン数名で活動しています。少人数のチームなので、実行のみならず、戦略から企画、実行、仕組みづくりまで関わっていただきます。

少人数チーム(インサイドセールス+マーケティングのチームで計6名)のため施策の実行だけでなく、その企画からチームで議論し、立案していきます。

また、これから、もう一段強い組織になるために、体制を強化していく段階。これまでのやり方にとらわれず、自身で変化を起こしていける環境です。

コアタイムなしのフレックス制を導入。休憩・勤務時間を自由に入れ替えるスイッチワークが可能です。リモートワークは週1~2回程度(リモートワーク手当36,000円)

その日のスケジュール、業務、個人・家庭の事情に合わせて、柔軟に勤務の開始・終了時間、休憩時間が調整できます。8~10時頃に勤務をスタートさせる社員が多いです。

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制、土日祝休み

入社時有給休暇2日付与、GW休暇、年末年始休暇、年間有給休暇(入社半年後に10日以上付与)、慶弔休暇、産前・産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇

夏期休暇は有給休暇消化にて各自取得(時期自由)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥460,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,035〜¥119,654(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・基本給 221,965円~340,346円(ライフプランサポート手当50,000円を含む)

・職務手当(みなし残業代45時間分) 78,035円~119,654円

補足:

・実残業時間が45時間を下回った場合も全額支給、超過した場合は別途支給します。

・ライフプラサポート手当とは、企業型確定拠出年金に拠出するか否かを選択できる手当です。拠出しない場合は全額毎月支給します。

昇給 年1回(1月)

賞与 年1回(12月)、業績連動型賞与(2022年度平均実績4.0か月)

・子ども教育手当 一子につき240,000円/年(中学卒業の年齢まで)
