  • 主なお仕事内容

①WEBメディア運用

・WEBサイトの更新・管理(コンテンツ企画、制作ディレクション)

・SEO対策の推進と効果測定

②デジタル広報

・メルマガの作成・配信、LP(ランディングページ)の企画・効果測定

・リスティング広告の運用・管理、SEO対策の推進と効果測定。

③SNS/動画企画

・YouTube、各種SNS(X/Instagramなど)の企画・運用。ターゲットに響くコンテンツ戦略の立案・実行

④制作管理

・外部制作会社やデザイナーとの連携、進捗管理(ディレクション業務)

・制作物に対するコピー(文章)作成・管理

⑤PR戦略

・広報戦略の立案、メディアリレーションの構築(リリース作成など

AI(人工知能)を活用した文章作成や、TRタイムズなど新しいツールの導入・活用を推進しています

私たちは2010年設立以来、「利他の心(Lita Heart)」をモットーに、人々の健康を支える水素関連商品のレンタル事業を展開しています。

【事業内容】

水素風呂リタライフ、水素ガス生成器リタエアー、水素飲水器リタアクアのレンタル事業

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

事業場外みなし労働時間制

9:30~18:30(実働8時間)

休日休暇


週休2日制(土・日)・祝日

年6回ほど土曜もしくは日曜出勤有

※休日出勤がある週は、代休を取得していただきます。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万5464円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万4536円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
