仕事内容:

建設業界の未来を担う技術者育成を支える総合職募集

<具体的な業務>

・個人のお客様に対する講座提案と効果的な学習方法のコンサルティング

・企業や大学への法人営業による技術者育成プログラムの提案と課題解決支援

・受講生の出席管理・成績管理・学習進捗フォローによる合格までの伴走サポート

・営業職と教務職が連携したチーム体制でのお客様対応とサービス向上

<必須要件>

原則として、2025年3月末までに四年制大学もしくは大学院を卒業見込みの方

1年単位の変形労働時間制
