・アプリの企画、技術的な意思決定

・グローバル開発チームとの連携・リリース後のグロース戦略立案・実施

・クライアントの事業構想をプロダクトに落とし込み

・開発チームをリードし事業成功に導く

・プロデューサーと同席をしてパートナーMTGに参加

・AIツールを活用した多国籍チームとのテキストコミュニケーション

【 必須スキル 】

・開発ディレクション経験(3年以上)

・顧客折衝経験(3年以上)・事業成長、プロダクトグロースに関わった経験(プロダクトの継続的な改善や、ユーザーフィードバックを活かしたグロース施策の立案・実施経験)

・グローバル開発連携スキル(AIツールを活用し、多国籍チームとテキストコミュニケーションが可能なレベル)

【 尚可スキル 】

・Webサービス開発経験(システム開発の基本的な理解があり、エンジニアと円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方)

・AIツールを活用し、開発効率化に貢献した経験

勤務時間・曜日:

【正社員・契約社員】

・9:00〜18:00(1時間休憩)

給与:

  • 通勤手当(月2万円上限)
