日本英語検定協会における、デジタルを主軸とした新規事業・プロダクトの企画開発をリードしていただきます。
既存の検定とも関連はしながらも、AIを利用したデジタル新教材・新規情報サービス/新規デジタル商品の創出において
企画/開発/運用/活用提案からクリエイティブ面のコントロールまでをご担当いただきます。
・経営視点で必要な課題解決をデジタルの軸でアプローチし、提案・内部解決する。
・企画・コンセプトを立案し、社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら業務推進する。
・ユーザ目線で企画をまとめ、カスタマージャーニーマップ・UIUXを創出・提供する。

ご経験やスキルに応じ、主任と課長代理の複数名採用枠となります。
【主任】
・事業会社でのデジタルサービスの企画・開発・運用経験 3年以上
・プロダクトマネジメント・プロジェクトマネジメント経験 3年以上
・マネジメント経験(メンバー・外注先)
【課長代理】
・事業会社でのデジタルサービス開発経験 5年以上
・プロダクトマネジメント・プロジェクトマネジメント経験 5年以上
・マネジメント経験(5人以上/3年以上)
PdM経験がなくとも以下のいずれかについて成果を出してきた経験があれば可。
・最新技術や顧客実像・社会状況に対して高い視座と広い視野を保ちロジカル・アイデアソンを発揮する力
・課題を整理し、顧客目線でのカスタマジャーニーマップ、サービスデザインを描き意思を企画にまとめる力
・デジタル・システムの仕組みを理解し、既存事業の原資を把握した上で企画・要件定義を実現する力
※本求人は上流の「企画経験が優先」されます。
システム開発への理解・エンジニアと円滑なコミュニケーションがとれれば、実装経験は不問です
