仕事内容

自動車販売店での営業職をお任せします。

①レンタカー営業

事故や修理時に必要となる代車(レンタカー)を、取引先の保険会社や自動車ディーラーに対して提案・貸出営業を行います。

②法人営業(新規開拓・既存フォロー)

主に法人顧客に対して、以下のような自動車関連サービスを提案します。

・社有車の車検・整備・点検などのメンテナンスサービス

・事故や故障時の鈑金・修理サービス

・新車・中古車の販売提案

③保険代理店との連携営業

提携する保険代理店からご紹介いただいた顧客に対し、車両販売・メンテナンス・修理などのサービス提案を行います。

顧客満足度向上を意識し、長期的な関係構築を目指します。

アポなしの飛び込み営業等は一切なし

給与


253,000円~420,600円

固定残業7.5時間分込み(13,000円~21,600円)

経験・スキルを考慮の上、当社規定により決定。

【年収例】

・5,800,000円(50代 マネージャー(管理)職)

・4,600,000円(30代 リーダー職)

・3,800,000円(20代 一般職)

休日は毎月決めるシフトにより決定。

  • 年間休日:120日
  • 完全週休2日制(月9日~11日休暇)
  • 1年単位の変形労働時間制を採用
  • 有給休暇(年間平均取得日数:昨年実績10日以上)
  • 慶弔休暇
  • GW休暇・夏季休暇・年末年始休暇

※GW、夏季、年末年始は部署ごと交代で5.6日程度の連続休暇を取得しています。
