AIを活用し、リモート環境でも「人の特性を活かし、組織の生産性を最大化する」

新しい組織マネジメントの仕組みづくりに挑戦しています。

本ポジションでは、CTO(最高技術責任者)としてプロダクト全体の技術戦略・技術意思決定をリードしていただきます。

単なる開発管理ではなく、事業成長を見据えた技術選択・設計・実装まで担うポジションです。

・技術戦略および開発ロードマップの策定

・AIを中心としたシステムアーキテクチャ設計

・技術選定および開発方針の決定

・生成AIを活用した機能開発・改善

・品質・開発スピードのバランス管理

・エンジニアチームの採用・育成、技術的サポート

・経営メンバーとの技術・事業に関するディスカッション

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥8,000,000 〜 ¥15,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000〜¥140,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収:800万〜1500万(経験・能力に応じて)
