【職務概要】

不動産営業担当として、下記業務をお任せしています。

【職務詳細】

・不動産小口化商品の営業ルートの開拓(開拓後はRMに引継ぎ)

・RMの営業活動のサポート(同行営業等)

・商品の営業進捗管理

・営業戦略立案(営業ターゲットの選定等)

・RMへの営業ツールの提供

・商品のマーケティング戦略の立案と実施(セミナー・媒体・WEB等) 等

【必須】

・法人営業のご経験(不動産業界)→不動産売買の仲介経験がある方

・不動産取引の知識・経験をお持ちの方(主に投資用不動産、事業用不動産等)

・宅地建物取引士資格保有者

・他部門との調整等が出来る方

・コミュニケーション能力を発揮し、社内・投資家・提携先と

リレーションシップを構築できる方

【尚可】

・不動産小口化商品の営業経験がある方

【給与】

年収:600万~1200万程度

月給制:月額428000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回

昇給:年1回(4月)

【勤務地】

東京都千代田区霞が関三丁目2番1号霞が関コモンゲート西館 21階

東京メトロ銀座線「虎ノ門」駅5番出口から徒歩1分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

9:00~18:00(所定労働時間8時間)

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
