【具体的な仕事内容】
■職務概要:
当社が所掌する現地業務の総括責任者として、当社製品(調達品を含めた新規製作品、改造品、取替品)の現地作業所および組織を管理・統括し、現地業務の取纏め及び円滑なる運営にあたる。
また、工事及び点検・検査・サービス等に関連して派遣する指導員又は検査員の安全・業務管理を行う。
■職務詳細:
現地統括責任者として、作業所の全体管理を実施する。
1)現地組織の管理・統括(構成メンバーの勤務監督を含む)工事指導員等および工事責任者をはじめとする工事協力会社の管理・統括等
2)現地組織・構成メンバーへの指示。工事・機器の受入、据付検査の計画・実施の指示等
3)社内各関係部門に対し、現地業務遂行上の指示
4)現地工程の管理、総合調整、対外折衝
5)安全衛生に関する事項の総括管理
【付随職務】
1)現地における社内外連絡窓口業務
2)各種パトロールと据付け工事・試運転・官庁検査の立会い
3)現地QA/QCに関する総括管理
(文書・図面の管理・特殊作業の管理・チェックシートの運用管理・機材の管理等)
4)不具合、クレーム事項の処理の実施と確認管理
■配属組織:
水力発電所の工事を統括する責任と権限を持つ現地工事計画、施工管理部門である。
新設、S&B及び定期検査で当社が取扱う製品に関する現地据付、試運転他の現地業務の総括的な管理を行う。
■キャリアパス:
・案件の現場代理人として統括管理を実施する。
・将来的には拠点での複数人の現場代理人のマネージャーへの登用もある。
