プロダクトプランナーは、プランニングマネジャーの指揮管理下で年間~1番組ごとの商品の販売計画、新商品のローンチ計画(オンエア計画)の立案、また、適正な在庫管理を実施することで生産性を最大化しカテゴリー年間予算の達成を目指していただきます。
具体的な職務内容:
- ブランドや商品毎のオンエア計画立案、及びファイナンスの方向性を定める。
- 番組のスクリプト、PALに責任を持ち、売上と生産性を管理する。
- 顧客・ベンダー・競合・商品トレンドを理解しオンエアにおける商品の最適な販売方法を開発・決定・実行する。
- 番組、時間毎の販売予測を立て、適正な在庫数量管理とリオーダー、RTVを実施する。特にアクションコードの設定を徹底し在庫管理業務の効率化を図る。
- 主にバイヤーと共同し、カテゴリーの売上計画と戦略を立案し実行する。
- ブロードキャスティングと連携し、オンエア内容、ショーの進行計画と販売促進策を立案する。
- ベンダーと連携し、オンエア、在庫管理に関する業務を円滑に進める。
- 番組レビューと数値分析を行う。
- 不振番組の差替えを行う。
- TSV・TP提案資料を作成しマネジャーに提案。履歴、数値分析を元に予測値、適正在庫、アクション内容を算出、策定する。
- 月次番組のエントリーと、適正編成を作成する。
- 自主的な判断力および実行力を持ちつつ、会社の方針および手順に従い任務を遂行する。

応募に際しては以下2点のうち1点の経験が必須です。
- 小売業でのマーチャンダイザー、ディストリビューター、営業、又は販売企画の経験3年程度
- B2C業界でのCRM、販売データ分析や需要予測の経験3年程度(※小売,日用消費財メーカー出身者優遇)

- 4年制大学卒業以上
