営業事務(オペレーション担当)【商業不動産DX推進/リモート・フレックス/累計8万社以上が利用】

【仕事内容】

日本最大級の商業不動産マッチングプラットフォーム「ショップカウンター」の中核ポジションとして、出店者(テナント)と商業施設の出店実現に向けた調整・推進業務をお任せします。

日本最大級の商業不動産マッチングプラットフォーム「ショップカウンター」です。累計8万社以上のテナント、2.6万件以上のスペース、7.7万件以上の成約実績を誇ります。

<仕事の流れ>

  • 出店希望テナントからの問い合わせ
  • 日程・条件調整
  • テナント担当のセールスと連携し、出店目的や条件を整理。
  • 出店までの進行管理
  • 商業施設側とも連携し、契約から出店当日までのスケジュールを管理します。
  • 社内の仕組み化
  • 業務フローの改善提案やマニュアル作成など、組織の生産性向上にも貢献します。

  • 社内外の多くの関係者と連携するため、円滑なコミュニケーションが鍵となります。
