MotoGPを中心とした、国内外/オン・オフレースにおける二輪モータースポーツの広報・プロモーション戦略立案をお任せします。

広報・プロモーション領域における体制強化による増員採用となります。
【期待する役割・責任】
Hondaは創業者が始めたモータースポーツ活動を'高い目標を掲げ粘り強くあきらめることなくチャレンジし続けてそれを達成する事'をHondaのレーシングスピリットして様々な仕事のエッセンスとして組み込んできました。二輪・四輪合わせたチャレンジングスピリットとしてより多くのお客様やファンへ届けることが大きな役割です。また、HRC=Hondaのファンを増やすことでHondaの事業やHRC新事業に対してのポテンシャルカスタマーを増やしていただくことを期待しています。

職務内容
【業務詳細】
下記業務をお任せします。
広報・プロモーション戦略の立案
記者会見の設定、リリース作成
取材対応やQA作成
動画作成、SNSポスト企画
イベント企画推進
社内の情報共有や外部メディアとの連携や調整
(本社経営統括部のモータースポーツ課、本社広報部、HRCーSKの四輪広報とも企画の方向性の整合や情報共有が欠かせません。)
また、レース開催に応じて国内出張、年に4~8回くらい海外出張が発生いたします。

【研修・キャリアパス】
入社後はOJT研修や座学を通して業務に慣れていただきます。
その後は広報のスペシャリストを目指していただくことや、事業企画や駐在等、様々なキャリアを目指していただくことが可能です。

広報やライター等、プレスリリース作成含むメディアリレーションが可能な方
英語力(TOEIC550点程度)
自動車普通免許(AT)
【歓迎要件】
広報やプロモーションの戦略立案のご経験
業務用Social Mediaチャンネルの管理経験
自動車普通免許(MT)

自社及びパートナー企業の外国人達と英語で相手の意見を聞き、自分の主張をし、双方向ディスカッションできる方

開発部門や本社など立場が異なる部門と、互いの利害を調整するコミュニケーションができる方
