仕事内容:
自動車部品メーカーをクライアントとしたSAPプロジェクトにおいて、SAP Basisコンサルタントを募集。
主に、プロジェクト専用SAP環境(PRJ-DEV、PRJ-QAS等)の管理・統括を担い、BAU(本番)環境との整合性とスムーズな移行を支援します。
複数環境(N+1ランドスケープ)の戦略策定・変更管理・トランスポート管理・レトロフィット対応など、SAPプロジェクトにおける技術基盤の中核を担っていただきます。
■業務内容
- SAPプロジェクトランドスケープ(開発・品質保証環境等)の設計・構築・運用
- プロジェクト環境とBAU環境の明確な分離・管理
- トランスポート管理、変更管理のプロセス監督と実行支援
- 環境間での変更レトロフィット戦略の立案・実行
- システムリフレッシュ/クライアントコピーの計画・管理
- 関係チーム(開発/BASIS/BAU/テスト)との調整・進捗管理
- ドキュメント作成およびトレーサビリティの担保
- プロジェクト終了後、BAU環境への統合支援

■必須スキル
- SAPランドスケープ管理(特に導入・マルチ環境)の実務経験(7年以上)
- SAP BASIS/S/4HANAの深い理解
- トランスポート管理および変更管理の実務スキル
- クラウド基盤(AWS、BTP等)含むハイブリッド環境の構築・運用経験
■尚可スキル
- SAP認定資格(例:SAP Certified Technology Associate)
- ITIL または PMP資格
