【法人営業】ふるさと納税事業「ふるなびトラベル」のセールスプランニングメンバー

【仕事内容】

  • 国内最大級のふるさと納税サービス「ふるなびトラベル」に携わるポジションです。
  • 「ふるなびトラベル」の施設掲載における、セールスおよびセールスプランニングに携わりつつ、営業チームのマネジメントもご担当いただきます。

  • 掲載自治体は1000自治体を突破ふるさと納税の力で、地方創生、社会課題解決に貢献いただきます。

  • 「ふるなびトラベル」とは?

「ふるなびトラベル」は、ふるさと納税の返礼品として旅行先で使える電子ポイント(=ふるなびトラベルポイント)が付与される体験型サービスです。

「ふるなび」が注力する新規事業で、サービス開始から4年で7,000以上の施設が参画しています。

ふるさと納税サイト「ふるなび」が提供する体験型サービス「ふるなびトラベル」の成長を共に推進していただける

セールスメンバーとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

(1)宿泊施設や飲食店、レジャー施設などへ「ふるなびトラベル」の導入提案

(2)セールスチームのマネジメント

(3)既存顧客のサポート

  • セールスチームのマネジメントについては、業務委託メンバーを含む、5名規模のチームマネジメントをお任せします。
  • 営業実績の管理や異常値の特定、改善など、営業チームが最大限に成果を出せるよう業務全体の設計とPDCAを実施していただきます。

【年収・給与】

420万円~650万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
